My Weekend on a Thursday Night

So I thought that I had off tonight from Indoor, and I was planning on just leaving tomorrow morning to go to PA for practice. However, as driven as we are, the snare captain has decided to hold a sectional, possibly at Rutgers University, which is another 2 hours from my house.

Oh well.

Knowing that I might not get much relaxation time, I spent some personal time at the Battle of the Bands last night. The bands were Stupid hero, Larken's Call (sp?). Maylen, American Diary, Some Like It Hot, Gatsby Gets the Green Light (great name IMO), and the winners, The Apathy Eulogy, who get to play on stage at Tigerfest with My Ch...I mean...the "unknown performance." They also get 5 free hours of studio time at Studio 8121, and something else that I forgot.

These are some of the shots I got from the show. It was my first concert shoot, and I loved it.
