Phew.

So this past week has been uber busy.

I performed with my indoor drumline, United Percussion (www.unitedpercussion.net) in a regional competition held at the James Trent Arena in Dayton, OH, on Saturday and Sunday. We took first for both prelims and finals. Needless to say, all that performing and the 22 hours round trip left me numb. The 2 hour drive home from our PA complex at 11AM Sunday night didn't help, either.

I've been contemplating my future a lot lately, probably more than ever. I think I'm afraid to let go and chase my dream of being a "Getty-esque" photographer. My mind is telling me no, but my everything else is telling me yes.

This guy, Richard Berke, is the Assistant Managing Editor for the New York Times. He visited the Towerlight office today before he spoke to students about who he is and what he does. His whole little crew seemed pretty chill. This shot is interesting...it DID seem like Brian was manhandling the entire conversation...It's all good though. Mr. Berke totally schooled Brian. Nice.

Nice. When you resize them for the web, make them like 900 x --- and make sure you sharpen.
